The aim is to provide data-driven evidence to help inform decision-making in our own lives and our communities.

The SoWell survey respondents with high levels of wellbeing were more likely to take the time to enjoy their lives and have fun. That doesn’t mean they don’t work hard, they just make sure to prioritise fun. What a life of enjoyment and fun looks like is different for each of us.

The SoWell respondents with high levels of wellbeing are more likely to be proud of what they have accomplished in life.

Studies show a consistent connection between a sense of accomplishment, purpose and pride. Accomplishments that support our sense of purpose provide a strong sense of pride.

Financial Security

The SoWell respondents with high levels of wellbeing tend to have enough money to live a comfortable life, by their own definition of comfortable. That doesn’t mean they need to earn a lot. Research shows us that having control over our finances, leads to us feeling more comfortable and secure.
